Disliked: The stuff at the reception didn't let in our friends with small children to have lunch with us, motivating that they didn't have tables big enough for our company in the rooftop bar, despite the fact that we already reserved the table and it was all set and ready for us and the bar was almost empty. And the bar personnel was really really upset when we said that we are going to find another place for lunch, they even called the reception telling that they are ready to feed us, but such unfriendliness from the beginning offended and discouraged our friends, they refused to come up

Exceeded Expectations

Liked: Stayed for two days in end October, the rooms were spacious, we were upgraded to a partial view room with a balcony. Check-in was smooth and very informative. Breakfast spread was excellent. Their sky lounge has gorgeous views and superb service.
Disliked: Sky lounge was closed on one of the days we stayed. We were told its weather dependent.

Disliked: It is completely outrageous that this hotel has a 5 star rating. The hotel is old and dilapidated. The room we stayed in was unattractive, poorly decorated and bland. The WiFi was terrible (very inconsistent). The front desk staff were not welcoming and denied that there were WiFi problems. We had a very negative experience staying in this hotel.
