Liked: Location great. lovely room with table and two comfy chairs. Comfy bed. Great bathroom.
Disliked: Room was cold. Temperature control very noisy. Electric radiator inadequate. No heating at all in bathroom. Subdued lighting in room. No overhead light. Duvet thin. Had hoped for an evening meal but was told not possible owing to a coach party booked in. Had to venture out and it was very cold. Luckily found an exceptional Italian restaurant (Gabrielles).

Disliked: Lying on the couch in our room on the morning (in a towel after my bath) and a member of staff opened my door and walked in
