Liked: Fantastic place to stay for our trip to Sunderland - lovely friendly staff especially Cora welcoming you at breakfast (lovely food!)Excellent location with so much to do of an evening and seafront (sea view rooms.)

Disliked: We were only set out with one set of towels and needed to ask staff for second set,

Disliked: Room. Was very cold, noisy, miles from reception, didn't feel that safe with all banging. Window rattled all night. Only 2 pillows for double room. Just didn't enjoy anything about the hotel from check in to pool use.
