Disliked: The shower had pubic hair in it the tv didn’t work correctly and the staff were not helpful I come here regularly as a break but will not be after this

My stay at the grand...

Liked: Location is beautiful and staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I haven’t used the pool area yet but looking forward to trying that next time
Disliked: I was a little cold during my stay and couldn’t really figure out how to change the temp of the room but I layered up and was fine. If I felt cold again I know I could always ask the staff to help

Should be renamed, Grand it...

Liked: Price on this occasion was less than typical premier inn, so this was its main redeeming feature to make it passable. The location on the sea front superb. Staff always smiling and helpful.
Disliked: Room absolutely freezing - on floor directly above car park. Was this the cheap room wing I wonder? Not pre-heated, and the system could not achieve a comfortable temperature despite being left on when I went out. No heating into the bathroom! Walls must be wafer thin too, the sound insulation between rooms almost non-existent. Could hear too much from neighbouring rooms - yuk.Leisure area too small to cater for outside public and hotel residents. I felt like a nuisance to the regular club users who hogged the tiny sauna and could not get any peace and quiet once in there.
