Liked: Beautiful room, location, and incredible view from the room.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I requested to make a room romantic for an anniversary. The hotel responded that they would of course fix that free of charge. Upon arrival, there was nothing except a card and a small plate of fruit, which I appreciate, but I don't think that this made the room romantic. I would have rather had you respond that this wouldn't be possible or that I needed to pay extra because, in the end, the room wasn't prepared the way we wanted.

Amazing - really first rate

Liked: Everything - it’s worth the money. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Very comfortable and cosy rooms, which are quiet and have everything you need. Staff are excellent and friendly. Food is first class - bar and restaurants are great, even room service is amazing, but you do get what you pay for! The spa is lovely too.

Liked: Absolutely gorgeous property and wonderful staff. Great location. Has all the amenities you need. Was a perfect stay, definitely take advantage of the spa. I hope I am able to go back again!

Liked: Great service, all the staff members we met were exceptionally service minded and helpful. We have been offered an upgrade to a room with the view for the same price. The view is amazing from the balcony to the palace and the parliament. An unexpected kind surprise when the room and bathroom were prepared to bedtime while we were out in the evening and came back late night.
