Lovely hotel, very central.

Liked: Fantastic location, Central to everything. Lovely foyer and front bar. Staff go out of there way to be helpful.
Disliked: It states on booking.com that the air con is operational, it wasn't.

Liked: the Christmas atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant
Disliked: At the petrol station, the froth and appearance of a morning cappuccino or latte macchiato is much more refined. This lack of sophistication was not in keeping with the hotel's otherwise impeccable offerings!
