We a Napoli!

Liked: Perfect location, extremely clean, good breakfast, nice staff
Disliked: Rooms are noisy as walls are thin, the fitness room was under maintenance, no coffee makers (just kettle) in the room, on booking it says that “parking charges may apply” - I would say on the website that 1 night is 40€, a bit overpriced for what is offered

Good location and friendly staff....

Liked: Hotel is centrally located and convenient to all attractions. Area is safe with good restaurants near by.
Disliked: There were no complementary water bottles. They were included in the mini bar.

Disappointing for a 4 star...

Liked: Location. Comfortable bed, great shower
Disliked: Room was cold. Heat didn’t work. Breakfast was cold. Rolls weren’t fresh. When we checked in woman at desk wasn’t friendly. I booked a taxi through booking was $86 round trip. Hotel wanted $90 one way. Actual taxi prices were cheaper

Liked: Wonderful location, beautiful historic hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good bathroom and great view.

Liked: Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Breathtaking view from balcony.
Disliked: Outdated property. Staff isn’t very welcoming. Uncomfortable to get in and out of shower. A welcome gift of treats was left (thoughtful) but it was swarmed with at least 50+ ants and we were on a higher floor. Wish we were informed this may happened as another property had done.
