Saint Patrick's weekend away

Liked: Room was huge! Presidential.suite. perfect view of the clock. Could not ask for more
Disliked: Would have liked tea & coffee making facilities in the room but the mini bar was a welcome addition. Also no instructions on how to use the Sauna in the room .

Liked: The central location, directly opposite the Astronomical Clock was just perfect! Everything was within easy walking distance from the hotel.

An unusual hotel in a...

Liked: The location was fabulous. Right in the heart of the Old Town Square which is stunning and opposite the astronomical clock. Breakfast was nice and the shower was good (hot with strong pressure). The bed was comfortable and the room was warm and quiet.
Disliked: The room was a very odd shape and full of random pieces of dark furniture such as a bookcase and dresser which were of little use to a hotel guest and made the room feel crowded and a bit creepy! There was no kettle and nowhere to do makeup. The bathroom was old fashioned in terms of decor and tiny.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The location is at the most central spot of the old city, which is where most tourists want to explore. The room was very spacious, with a wide hallway, 2 bathrooms, and a view to the Astronomical Clock. There was no noise from the street when the windows were closed. The breakfast was good.

Liked: - fresh breakfast, with different choices every day- central location- 24 hours reception- bath amenities
Disliked: - when we needed to add an extra night at the end of our stay, the personnel didn’t respond promptly and we proceed with booking.com. Afterwards, the hotel asked us to pay 20€ more in order to stay in the same room since the second booking was in a superior room and not in a deluxe room. This is unacceptable to ask for pennies in a guest staying for 5 nights in total when you just could use the free upgrade option- deluxe room with a view will not let you sleep since the bell rings every 1 hour without proper sound insulation
