Stay was amazing.

Liked: We stayed in the presidential suite and was perfect. The view and steam room was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Liked: View directly across from the Clock Tower was a bonus. Being able to,watch the crowds below on New Year Eve was unforgettable.
Disliked: Early mornings, there wasn’t hot water in the shower.

Great hotel with awesome views!

Liked: The hotel was located in the perfect location! Right in the heart of Old Towne Square. Check in was easy and quick and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel was in the square, the windows are double paned, you could hardly hear any outside noise, even though the Christmas Market was right outside and it was New Years. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from for a European breakfast.
Disliked: When we arrived, I arranged for the hotel parking. The porter was sent out to meet us, he was helpful with our luggage, but he walked way too fast, it was difficult to keep up with him, especially through the crowds. My only complaint about the room is the toilet paper is out of a box dispenser with little squares, so it feels like you're using a public restroom instead of a hotel.

Disliked: Complete rip off £529 for two nights- paying just for location for room was basic, old, dirty and staff were all miserable and always on their mobile phones and no internet in their guests. View from room 316 was of a dirty wall. Walls inside dirty, stained cupboards, switch filthy and taped up, just grim. Complaint will be submitted to booking.com later this week.

Fabulous location to enjoy the...

Liked: This is a charming hotel in a fabulous location...right across from the astronomical clock. We thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas market right outside our window. Breakfast was included and was simple, but tasty. Book a room with a view and you won't be disappointed.
Disliked: The hot water seemed to be 'used-up' at times. Please fix this problem. Sometimes we were lucky and it was hot (Bliss!) and sometimes it was too cool to use.
