Not worth the price

Liked: The rooms are comfortable, the cleaning is decent, the location is great.
Disliked: Our room was dark and cold, it didn’t have a ceiling lamp and it was small for a “Deluxe” room. There weren’t many food selections. We also had a problem with the payment where they withdrew our money twice. The elevators were cramped, the windows were small. Definitely NOT a 5* hotel

Definitely worth the stay.

Liked: Amazing hotel, would definitely recommend. The location is very safe (across from the U.S. Embassy) and within walking distance of tourist sites, cafes and restaurants, and shopping areas. The hotel staff were excellent, providing wonderful food recommendations, calling cabs and making restaurant reservations for us upon request. Room service was quick and timely – our room was cleaned every day, and the gym, pool and spa were adequate. I will definitely come back here the next time I visit Rome!

Liked: They let me extend my stay for few hours for €20 per hour.
Disliked: Very dirty and furniture is very old, bedsheets had blood in them very disgusting. Elevator is so slow it took us 7 minutes minimum for it to come. They charge you for umbrellas?? Location is quite far from center and the surrounding area is all uphill very tiring. Staff are not very friendly not like Italians. Too uncomfortable for what I paid. NEVER staying again
