Liked: The location was good and close to everything
Disliked: The room was disgusting. There was mold on the bed and on the lampshade, and when I went to take a shower, the whole faucet popped off and hit me in the leg. Facilities thankfully came to fix the shower almost immediately, but they would not move us to another room or offer any credits or discounts on our cost that we paid to stay there. Their breakfast was also horrible and wasn't included in the price.

Gross. I wish I had...

Disliked: I ended up staying at my aunt’s house. My friends were staying at this hotel. When I went to the room, I was grossed out of how outdated and cheap it looks. When I went to my friend’s hotel room, I lied on the bed and it was hard as a rock. Yeah this hotel needs a complete modernization

Disliked: False advertising on booking.com website. Bait and switch. Low cost of room at booking . When we got there,they charged additional $20 amenity fee for the supposedly free amenities on top of a 100$ authorization for incidentals. 3 $ drinks in vending with no way to make change. Shuttle was NOT free and does not come back to hotel until 6pm and only departs 2 times in am

After a 21-day stay, this...

Liked: One of the only positive points of this hotel is its geographical location for getting to Universal and Disney. The second positive point is the kindness of the staff. For the rest, I advise you to avoid this establishment.
Disliked: We stayed for 21 days. The rooms are filled with humidity. The furniture is shaky, old, and rusty. The breakfast is shockingly mediocre, both in taste and service (juice machine broken 3/4 of the time). The gym was under construction and unusable for the entire stay. There is a shuttle to the parks, but you are the last hotel on its route in the morning and evening, and it only passes once. I had to stand every time because it was overcrowded. When it breaks down, small vans come to pick you up, and you are suffocated by exhaust fumes inside. Avoid at all costs.
