Great location, great breakfast, shame...

Liked: Location is excellent . Good sized rooms
Disliked: Walls are too thin. We could hear next doors conversation .

Liked: Bedrooms were quiet, bed was comfy, shower, tv etc worked well.
Disliked: Double bed was actually two beds pushed together which easily came apart, air con didn’t work at all well so room was extremely hot.No ramp for pushchair

Treated like Royality at this...

Liked: This hotel had the 'Wow' factor. We were given an upgrade and everything was absolutely amazing. There was a personal, handwritten note welcoming us to the hotel. We were personally escorted to our room and shown around. The staff were absolutely nice and helpful. The location was very close to the main train station - which was great for us. I will always remember my stay at the Grand Hotel National Luzern.

Liked: Location,lake view comfortable rooms,breakfast,the bar,the restaurants,the hotel’s staff .The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, especially Ms. Merve Karaçomak took great care of us and helped us and made suggestions to make our trip a pleasant one.
