Amazing location, great hotel service...

Liked: The city, too location, best service in hotel from everyone specially Roman, good breakfast .
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Great location and lovely room....

Liked: The bar was lovely. Our room was clean, huge and comfy beds with a lovely lake view. Fantastic location.
Disliked: The spa wasn’t a spa- a cold pool ,4 beds and a tiny sauna. I wouldn’t book this for the “spa” if you are looking for that. It was poor.

Liked: Great location, very attentive staff, great food
Disliked: Our room was very cold, we had to ask for a mobile heater, the bathroom was outdated and mouldy in the shower (albeit clean) and the walls so thin we could hear next door guests cough and talk.

Liked: Location, staff, room size, restaurants
Disliked: There is no bidet in the bathroom 🙁

In the future I would...

Liked: Lovely building with an original palace feel - an extra large room with multiple windows. Right on the water and easy commute to attractions.
Disliked: zero
