Liked: Very friendly and accommodating staff. We reached the hotel at 12 midnight absolutely wrecked from a long haul flight. We booked this hotel on a short note from the airport but I am glad I made this choice. We had a great night rest. They even accommodated a late checkout.

Liked: Hotel located in front of Hannover HBF. Only one minute walk to Galeria Kaufhof (Department store), Rossmann (drugstore) is next door.Behind the hotel is already city centre. There are lots of shops, restaurants and cafes.The room is large, clean and quite.
Disliked: Bathroom has no privacy. (probably not suitable for friends or family trip)

Convenient short stay

Liked: Central location with the Christmas market directly outside the hotel. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds. Parking at the hotel was quite expensive so we parked at the nearby Kaufland for only around €6 overnight. Staff was friendly
Disliked: No coffee or tea maker in the room

Liked: This was a fantastic hotel. Location was right across from the train, and the Christmas markets were in between. The room was very upscale. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Spectacular - great hotel opposite...

Liked: Stunning hotel room. Convenience of being so close to the station at 11pm when trains were repeatedly cancelled.
Disliked: Bit odd room location, taking the lift to the top floor then across the rooftop area but stunning room and assisted by very professional staff.
