Great location, Florence is beautiful,...

Liked: A really great location, but very disappointing given the price. This was mainly due to the extreme hit and miss with the staff - one particularly surly at breakfast who made us feel quite uncomfortable, but Monica on the front desk was brilliant and had great recommendations - and a very disappointing room that was very stuffy (apparently they’re not allowed to turn on aircon til end April) and uncomfortable to sleep in feeling very dusty and was opposite the cleaning storeroom so meant we constantly had vacuum cleaner wires trailing infront of our door and an open cleaning cupboard to look in. All in all, avoid room 410 like the plague.
Disliked: Room 410 - stuffy, dusty and opposite the cleaning cupboard. Not what you expect for €525/ night !

A wonderful stay in Florence.

Liked: Beautiful hotel in great location. The rooftop bar is fantastic with amazing views. The rooms are clean, modern, comfortable and beautiful. But the absolute best part is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Extra mention goes to the lovely Alessia in the front reception who was wonderful, going above and beyond to help us resolve a small issue during our stay. Would 100% recommend this hotel. We can't wait to be back.

Disliked: Room not serviced at all during dinner and bed not turned down.Restaurant food not from Tuscany and poor. Waiter twice delivered food not ordered!!

Beautiful few days in Florence

Liked: Beautiful decor spacious well designed rooms and fantastic staff
Disliked: Only small complaint was the rooms were too warm even with the heating turned off

Liked: Room is clean and breakfast is good. The location is good.
Disliked: The curtain could not close. It does not affect me for sleep, but the price is the price. I hope it will not happen.
