Beautiful old world charm but...

Liked: We’ve been coming here for years and enjoy the historic nature of the building. Its location is convenient to the tram and train system. The hotel Manager is lovely and very helpful.
Disliked: We booked an older styled room as that is our preference as they are filled with old world character. We were told they had upgraded us to a more modern room. The new room was extremely noisy, no privacy to the hotel across the road if the curtains are open, the sink had drainage issues, and there was no bath. Parking is also insanely expensive at $35/night. Room servicing is not daily, it’s every 2nd day.

Liked: Service was great, the guy walked me to the car park and told us where to go. Very happy stay, super comfy, and in walking distance to everything in Melbourne you could ever need!!!! 100% bringing the kids and family next time.
