Liked: Location is superb. Could not be better. Hotel itself is "grand". Breakfast was excellent and the staff at the desk and the restaurant were very friendly and efficient. The hotel is not cheap, but you get treated very well.
Disliked: The gymnasium is not very good. Too little equipment.

Liked: It's an old building with charm. Close to all the tourist stuff if thats your thing.
Disliked: The deluxe room was like a jail cell with a frosted window you couldn't see out of that looked a wall. They moved me to another room, thankfully that overlooked the front of the building and that was a bit bigger.

Liked: This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Our room was upgraded on arrival, it was beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble, all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to please. Breakfast was great and served until 11 and check out isn’t until 1pm so you feel very relaxed and not rushed. I had a massage in the spa which was amazing and we used the steam room and sauna which we thoroughly enjoyed. The reception staff are extremely helpful and the bar staff cheerful and friendly. All in all a great relaxing experience.

We enjoyed our time in...

Liked: The location was excellent. Very convenient for seeing the sights. It was also close enough to the train station so that we could walk and take the monorail to the airport on departure. The Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little chaotic - I feel it could have been laid out a bit more conveniently. The whole fresh fruit in a bowl was under-ripe and not worth eating and I felt it was just there for show.
