Liked: Exceptional hotel. From the property itself to the staff and all related elements of a stay, exceptional through and through. The attention to detail, patience and passion was evident in every aspect of our stay. The dining options as well as all amenities excellent and more than cover a range of options. Very difficult to be this exceptional at this level this consistently. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Best stay in Bologna.

Liked: The hospitality at this hotel is exceptional. The staff are all wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and very well maintained. You can’t get a better location. The restaurants and bar are very good as well.
Disliked: There is nothing to not like.

Pleasant but a few issues.

Liked: Fantastic location, able to check in early, stunning restaurant.
Disliked: We had a few issues, the hotel is incredibly hot and even with the heating turned off the room was unbearable. I had the windows open but the noise was terrible. The bed linen was also not to standard, it was scratchy and rough.We did get the linen changed and we did get an upgraded room. I have to say although the room upgrade was appreciated, I would not say it’s worth the actual cost of the room! All issues were dealt with promptly and I would say the team were extremely helpful.

Liked: Location and impeccable service. The service provided by the staff is incredible - no joke, the service and attention to detail is what you would expect from a leading hotel. Thank you for everything.
Disliked: Nothing that was in control of the hotel. Getting to the hotel was tough due to road closures, but the hotel does a great job with directions to plan accordingly.

Liked: It was right in the middle of the city and we could walk everywhere. The staff were very helpful and the recommended restaurants good value for money and good food.

Stunning hotel and impeccable service

Liked: Very impressive on arrival with gorgeous decor in rooms and reception areas. Spotlessly clean and every detail has been thought of. Huge room & bathroom. Fabulous breakfast and plenty of staff on reception /door/bar. Ginger margaritas are fab! Very central for shops etc.
Disliked: Nothing
