Friendly staff, cosy place to...

Liked: Very pleasant and charming building in a good location within Paris, With good public travel links. Room that we stayed in is Cosy, good heating in the room. Covers your basic needs for a stay in the city.
Disliked: The bed was a bit firm for our liking, but nothing against the hotel. Would be good to have kettle in the room to make hot drinks in the room, however, there’s a hot drink machine in reception.

It’s ok to get you...

Liked: The location from Eurostar to this hotel is less than 5 minutes walk which is fantastic, shops and restaurants are all only a few minutes walk away which is ideal and convenient.
Disliked: The TV does not offer any international channels so if your English there is no point turning it on, exposed wire from the bed room light, wallpaper hanging off the wall, mould in the bathroom, you can not turn the heating off in the room so it literally becomes an oven and as it’s cold here (weather) you can have the doors open to help cool down and also turning on the fan that is provided does not help as it’s helping the hot air circulate in the room. the bed is comfortable however it does make you roll to the middle so if you are sharing you kind of meet in the middle. Attention to detail for cleaning is missed as dust is on top of light in the bathroom and lastly for health and safety there is no smoke alarms in the room.

Budget hotel in Great location...

Liked: Hotel is a budget style hotel within walking distance of the Gare du Nord. This is what I needed, and I felt perfectly safe walking to it as it is very close by. Check in was easy and my room was comfortable, clean and inexpensive. The bathroom was fine and shower good. I declined the breakfast as I had an early start the next morning. Proximity to the Gare du Nord means it is in a lively area with plenty of places to eat close by if you need to, but equally, there was no street noise coming to the room so I slept well.

Very good stay, exactly what...

Liked: The location was excellent, nestled between two main train stations and a very easy walk up to Monmartre. The hotel matched the description and was perfect for our needs. The staff were AMAZING and helped us when we had a sick child, speaking in both French and English.
Disliked: The hotel matched the description an suited our needs - although the rooms were very hot, so we had to open a window or two.
