Liked: I was grateful for the Nespresso machine. I like to drink coffee and relax in my room so having good coffee that I can access anytime was wonderful. The towels, the bed the armchairs were all so comfortable. It is an exception hotel I could not fault it.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like.

Liked: The breakfast is nice, and the sauna in the basement is not the most modern but did the job.
Disliked: The queen room was much smaller than I would have thought, even fitting less furniture than in the pictures on booking.com. It also had reduced ceiling height on one side due to the shape of the building and being in an attic floor. Bathroom ventilation does not work well, so the room felt damp and cold after our first shower. The windows are small so it does not help much to ventilate using them. There were also few smaller things. The bedframe was creaking, the TV was at least 20 years old and the phone to reception did not work at all.

Liked: Now, i love this place, the breakfast is amazing, overall my whole stay was and its the place to stay in Lund, i will stay there again.
Disliked: However the reception staff at my day of arrival as well as on the day of departure was condescending and misleading and thats just not professional behaviour befitting of this establishment.

Liked: Beautiful hotel in the charming city center of Lund. Our room was nice decorated and the breakfast was impressive.
