Superb
Liked: Recently had a lovely stay. Beautiful old hotel centrally located just a few minutes from the train station. Breakfast buffet was delicious and a highlight every morning which was included with the room. We stayed in one of the family rooms which was perfect for two kids (smaller size pull out couch a little on the creaky side. Faced the back courtyard unfortunately without much of a view. Third floor room a little louder I think from staircase going up to the fourth floor so would probably try to stay in 2nd or fourth floor next time. Nice parlor on first floor to relax, hang out and can bring drinks from the bar.

Visually stunning hotel and lobby,...
Liked: Stunningly beautiful hotel, especially at night, and especially during Christmas season. Breakfast was good. Location was great, within walking distance to charming shops, restaurants, and the gorgeous Lund Cathedral. I accidentally left my boots there and had to get them shipped to me in the States. The hotel staff could not have been nicer and more attentive when this happened, and they followed up with me and left lovely messages for me afterwards.
Disliked: The photos are relatively accurate, but the small size of the room and bathroom were really shocking. This was also the WORST bed I have ever slept in at a hotel--lumpy, saggy and extremely small. I slept most of the night on the hard floor because of this dreadful bed. Also no parking at the hotel and with the street layout, it took quite a while to get to the sister hotel to park (less time to walk, but had to drag suitcases upon cobblestone streets). That hotel had no staff in the lobby or clear signage for how to enter garage.

Charming hotel with excellent service
Liked: Comfortable stay in a great location. Staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very good. It appears to be the hotel in Lund.
Disliked: A little dated but it’s also part of the charm I suppose.

Elegant hotel
Liked: Very elegant old hotel in the centre of Lund beautifully decorated for Christmas. Rooms and bathrooms well appointed and very clean. staff very pleasant and helpful. We were given the wrong room originally but we were moved to the top floor very quickly.
Disliked: Would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms on the 4th floor. There is a complimentary machine on floors 1 2 & 3 but not on 4.

Lovely stay for going out...
Liked: Good location and food- Great location in Lund, close to the station, the markets and parks. - Beautiful hotel.- Great breakfeast buffet with a choice of waffles, bread, freshly made juices and a selection of egg-varieties. GREAT croissants and very attentive and kind staff!- The scrambled eggs and the tomatoes were fantastic!
Disliked: The stay and the room did have some faults- The drain in our bathroom drained so slowly, that when my partner took an evening shower (at around 10 'clock) the water didn't drain at all, leaving the bathroom completely soaked. - The room was cold eventhough we turned the radiator to 9.- No heat/floorheating in the bathroom.- Old Bang&Olufsen television with limited selection of channels. - We had looked forward to the omelet-station in the breakfeast buffet, sadly it opened at around 8, whereas the buffet in itself opened at 7. - Not a big selection of vegetarian/vegan options for "cold cuts" and spreads in the buffet. - The timer on the wafflemaker was broken, leading to quite a bit of burnt breakfeast waffle, just an fyi.
