Disliked: Very close to a nightclub which delivered huge amounts of noise and throbbing music till 6am on Sunday morning.

Liked: Based on Paris standards;breakfast room and food were satisfactorylocation is excellentStaff was friendly and quick.
Disliked: Room floor could be cleaned better. Also there was a layer of dust on the head of the bed.

Liked: Location was great! Very central! The staff was very nice and accommodating. Very clean and updated.
Disliked: The only downside was that the bathroom was not behind a door in a separate room. The shower and sink only had a thin curtain for privacy.

i loved it

Liked: It was my first time visiting Paris, and I felt very good at this hotel! I was very close to all the attractions I wanted to visit; I recommend the restaurant near the Le Peletier metro station (it's 2-3 minutes from the hotel). Additionally, there was a direct metro line to the main areas of Paris. The hotel is very close to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, and the train station, with a direct line to Disneyland. The area is full of restaurants of all kinds (Italian, French, Asian, Turkish, etc.). The hotel also offers a very good buffet breakfast (croissants, pain au chocolat, omelets, fried eggs, bacon, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurt, various drinks, and natural juices, etc.).The room was cleaned daily without us having to request it, which was very nice. The receptionists were very kind and friendly. Overall, our stay was wonderful and magical, and we will definitely return to the same hotel.
Disliked: I had nothing to dislike.

Liked: The location is perfect.
Disliked: The service was not good anymore as it used to be.As a fan of the former Hotel Eugène before their renovation, we saw a lot of cost cuts for the facilities and amenities. Some staffs are not well trained and gave us a wrong information and uncomfortable services. In our experience, the hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars anymore.
