Doesnt deliver what it promises...

Liked: The location is more then perfect. Staff is amazing. Rooms need renovation asap. The carpet feels really old and not clrean and if you font turn the AC the room feels staffy. Breakfast is great however the dinner restaurant that is supposed to be amazing is disappointing. Overall, pricey for the product u get but the nice staff and location are wonderful. If i come again to Dijon i will definitely try to gind domething 7 that feels newer.

Lovely hotel but am afraid...

Liked: Service excellent, spa lovely and location excellent. Clearly a very established hotel and very striking. Used this on the way to skiing and parking was important - secure, readily available. Breakfast was utterly sublime and every bit worth the €25pp each (and possibly more!).
Disliked: Very expensive for what it is. £300 for the superior room is too much given that it’s a little tired, not spotlessly clean by any stretch (shower, carpet and chairs unclean) and room 201 is right by the lift. House champagne £27 a bottle online and glasses going for €19 which is an unacceptable mark up in the bar.

Liked: A beautiful hotel smack in the centre of the city. Fabulous breakfast, with so much choice. The room was comfortable and very quiet.
Disliked: There was no black tea!!! I missed my morning cup of tea. Condensed milk for milk. Really?

Average

Liked: Impossible to reach by car as the Sat Nav doesn’t work so you drive around a one way system for ages. The staff are all young and experienced with zero people skills. However our valet was outstanding. He even managed to get us into the restaurant after the staff turned us away despite emailing the hotel in advance for a reservation- this did not feed through via Booking.com website apparently. The bedrooms have dark brown fluffy carpets that feel full of germs.
