Liked: Excellent location - easy walking to centre of Utrecht. Gym small but no one else there. Main restaurant was closed on days we were there but the brasserie was excellent. Decent choice of wines by the glass to accompany the wonderful dinner. Nespresso machine wasn't working in the room but was replaced quickly. Shower superb

Liked: Amazing hotel in the most perfect location - just walk out the back gate and you are in the beautiful streets of the old town and a short stroll to most attractions. Perfect spa for relaxing in after a day's walking around. Brilliant food in the bistro. Very helpful staff. No negatives at all!

Disliked: The beds. In general I don’t like split mattresses, but in this case the beds easily separate into a big gap in the middle when you try to cuddle the person on the other side.
