Incompetent staff

Liked: Clean, nice & spacious
Disliked: I had paid rooms in advance via travel agency, which they regocnized at reception but still insisted a deposit from my credit card. Based on this deposit the hotel charged after my check out my room prices again ( double than deposit value) so ended up paying rooms twice. Still waiting the money back. Hope to get it soon or need to take this as fraud case with my credit card company.

Liked: Hotel is very well located. Its a beautiful, well maintained hotel. The staff were very friendly
Disliked: we unfortunately had a very squeeky hinge to the bathroom door, which we asked to be fixed but wasnt as maintenance werent working at the weekend, which isnt acceptable for a hotel of this quality. It sounds minor but if its waking people up at night it takes the shine off the experience.
