Liked: We were only there for one night so I can't say much.The location is great.The room and everything in the hotel is very clean, elegant and tidy.The bed is big and comfortable.The bathroom is very clean. Parking is not part of the hotel,but there are 2 options for them to tow and bring your car, which of course is an additional charge but is very practical. Or you can tow your car yourself to the parking lot which is a 5 minute walk away.The breakfast was fresh and tasty but with a limited selection.The staff is friendly.
Disliked: We had a problem upon arrival.Our key card for the room was not working.We waited for a long time. But the problem was successfully solved.What personally disappointed me was that there was no balcony.The hotel does not have a room with a balcony at all, and that was my only filter by which I chose which hotel to book.My reservation says a room with a balcony, but unfortunately there is no balcony.The hotel is nice and clean, but my personal filters are very important to me.I always choose a hotel according to my preferences.This hotel would not have been on my list if I had known that the balcony did not exist.Maybe it is not such a big problem for someone else, but it is very important to me.Since it was only one night, we did not want to cancel the reservation.
