Great but windows didn't open

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Had windows but couldn't open them relying on ac can make the evenings abit dry

Disliked: Could be cleaner in rooms. Bathroom a bit smelly as no ventilation.

The best receptionist and location...

Liked: The receptionist, Berfin is wonderful! Helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and overall one of the best. Give her a raise!
Disliked: Drapery and sheers need a blind behind.

Liked: Really nice hotel, close to a grocery store and the tram.
Disliked: The could have cleaned the room better, the room was dusty and the dust increased the higher you looked

Liked: Nice modern hotel with helpful staff. Good location but a little too far on foot from the centre for me. Plenty options for transport though.
