Liked: Location, very good staff, view from the room, comfortable bed, comfortable and warm bathroom, breakfast.
Disliked: Provide drinking water in the rooms.

Liked: Highly recommend this hotel, it was exceptional. We loved the history behind the hotel, the Ballroom down stairs is magical, and I'm sure it holds a lot of secrets given the history of it. The breakfast was 1st class service & lots to choose from or you can order something special off the menu. Cafe Latte was of good quality & the tea was lovely. Staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered a small jug of milk for our room. By the time we put the phone down... they were already knocking on our door with it!! Couldn't fault this Hotel!!

The staff were very obliging...

Liked: Liked nearly all aspects of the Hotel, except when the carpets were cleaned in the restaurant and reception area, and the Restaurant was not opened for the evening meal.Some sort of Notification in advance would have been good.
Disliked: The Restaurant is such a lovely area, that serving a lunch would have been nice.
