Liked: Excellent friendly and comfortable hotel in a convenient and quiet location .Only downside - no wardrobe or coat hangers in my room. I needed to hang my suit. Staff produced a hanger, but no hooks from which to hang it. Could soon be rectified.

Loved the newness and quality...

Liked: Great location and easy walk to Paddington Station, and other sites. Plenty of little convenience shops selling fresh fruit,juices,light meals etc.Shower was the best we’ve had! Strong pressure and easy walk-in shower and immediate hot water. All new fixtures. Very friendly reception and staff. We asked for a quiet room and it was delivered. Room 113All the hotel was newly refurbished with top end fittings. Very clean and fresh.
Disliked: We felt the room was slightly smaller than we’ve been used to in London and elsewhere,especially the bathroom. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Very sparse with offerings. Baguette was offered in place of sliced bread for toast,and when asked we were told “ only baguettes “. 😔 Not a deal breaker though. I’m not sure it was worth the extra to be included in our booking.
