Nice hotel

Liked: Very nice hotel and very nice staff!
Disliked: The AC was turned off, while it was about 23 degrees outside and so also it was 23 degrees inside. The AC was off because it wasn't a summer period, but then if it is so hot that the room just doesn't get cold at least provide a fan or something similar. This was compensated to us by the hotel in a good way but still we expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel.

Disliked: Quite small room and expensive. Couldn’t access terrace until 3:30pm

Liked: My kids loved having their own floor in the family room. Very nice modern bathroom. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast too
