Liked: I loved the bar lounge. The view from that room was wonderful.
Disliked: The bathroom was beautifully done, but the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Disappointed because I was promised a discount for the parking and then was told the machine was broken, so, no discount.

Liked: Central right at the harbour. Busy neighborhood but no exactly unsafe.
Disliked: They need renovations. Worn out.

Location is excellent, the cleanliness...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and spoke very good English.
Disliked: One elevator was broke the entire time of my stay. The carpets throughout the entire facility we dirty and do not look they have been vacuumed for an extended timeframe. My room was clean, but not as clean as you would expect for a 4.5 star hotel. The person that turned my room dumped my toothbrush and toothpaste out of the glass I had the standing up in onto the sink counter for no reason.

Liked: Great view from 5th floor duplex.
Disliked: Lack of attention to detail. A dirty abandoned slipper left uncleaned by the messy elevator area in the lobby. One of two elevators were out of order. The demarcation was a ripped cardboard on the floor with sloppy unsightly tape-roping off. The sitting area in our room had a stained, shabby worn out sofa pull out without any other furniture.
