Liked: The room was spotlessly clean with a large bathroom and a lovely shower. Good location
Disliked: Lift to the second floor where my room was did not work. Complicated layout, easy to get lost

Amsterdam is a wonderful city...

Liked: Breakfast excellent. The spa was excellent too.
Disliked: The mattress on my bed was covered in bobbles (from wear I guess) and I could feel them through the sheet so found it hard to get to sleep. Id say they need to replace mattresses as soon as they bobble or else get a different type of mattress.

Liked: Great location, large rooms, fast WiFi, friendly staff.
Disliked: I stayed for a week and we ran out of toilet paper multiple times and we didn’t always get the towels restocked. It wasn’t a huge deal because once we called reception they would bring it to the room very quickly.

Liked: Location within the city was good, the physical building location was a little outside the main area so felt a little sketchy walking back at night alone. The staff was very nice and helpful
Disliked: A very old building, no A/C so the room was uncomfortably hot and we ended up requesting fans but I still woke up sweating in the night. The beds didn’t have fitted sheets so the sheets would come off easily and we ended up laying on unprotected mattresses which was kinda gross. The coffee in the room was only decaf. Toilet didn’t have soap or towels in it.

Liked: The room was amazing, and it's easily the best place I've visited in Amsterdam. The staff were exceptionally kind and always greeted me with a smile, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
