Underwhelming

Disliked: The room was cold and not the cleanest. Expected more from a 5 star hotel and the canal view of a bin was poor

Great breakfast (expensive). Good location....

Liked: Location was good, breakfast was very good
Disliked: Reception staff weren’t great - rude and unhelpful.Housekeeping dreadful, twice we returned to our room in the evening and it hadn’t been done which left us hanging around while they sorted it.I don’t think this is 5 star hotel, I’ve had better service in 3 star.Rooms a bit tatty could do with updating.
