Liked: Staff were VERY nice! Even when my kiddo vomited in the sink, they made me feel like it was no big deal.The prices in the hotel gift shop and Waterpark concessions stand were really reasonable for food and drinks...even for alcohol! LOVED the drink specials they mixed up.The room had a frig and microwave. That was a nice bonus we definitely used for our left-overs.
Disliked: A very minor complaint: the resort only provided one small bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap for a family of four. I guess I've gotten used to bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner being fastened to the wall of the shower (so I didnt bother packing them). Don't forget to bring those items!It was fun to have games on sight, but Arcade games were insanely pricey!
