Nice resort but overpriced for...

Liked: Rooms were very clean and updated. Property is well maintained.
Disliked: - For this level of “top end” resort, no bathrobes and slippers provided. In the rooms. Also Felt the spa treatments were very over priced for the amenities and services provided. Not a top end spa. Spa staff were courteous but didn’t provide a quick overview of the facilities like most high end resorts. Ran out of drink cups and didn’t replenish. The spa facilities were very small and not quiet and peaceful at all. But they also add on automatic 20% gratuity and then “ask” if we want to change it, which I thought was sneaky.

For the money we paid...

Liked: We thought the staff in the lobby was good the first night we were there and the second we came in to have a drink. Wasn’t that busy. My daughter went over after sitting there for 5 minutes and they said they would come over and then just continued to talk among themselves and ignored and we left. There were 5 of us !!
Disliked: Our villa V 106-2 was freezing. The downstairs was about 60 degrees if that. The water for 5 of us was not hot. We couldn’t take showers together not enough hot water. Maintenance came twice and said it was fine. Upped the temperature a bit. But never worked right. And they brought a small space heater for the downstairs.
