Good price, but there were...

Liked: Location and lobby
Disliked: Carpeting was old, worn, dirty/stained.The desk chair in our room was worn and tattered. It looked like it had been picked up off of a curb. It should be thrown away.

Very good

Liked: The pool and hot tub didn't seem very clean and it was really dark in the pool area. The pull out sofa was really uncomfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Bad

Liked: Hot tub was cold the entire pool area was freezing so didn’t get much use out of that. The heat didn’t work and when we went to talk to the hotel staff about just getting a refund they refused and were rude

Liked: The breakfast was good and the eating area was really nice. The location was good. We were close to shopping and other services we wanted. The staff were happy to answer any questions we had.
Disliked: I booked through a third party website and they didn’t accept the price that was quoted on my booking so I had to pay more. The water pressure in the shower was less than ideal for long hair. The noise from the floor above was louder than expected with someone running back and forth in the room until quite late. Voices could be heard through the wall from the room next door. The garbage was collected from the dumpster just outside our room at six in the morning, which I know the hotel does not have control over. It was just annoying.

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional with the hot options being kept hot. The staff was friendly and happy to respond to questions. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub which I took advantage of 2x and enjoyed very much.
Disliked: The only thing that could have been improved on had nothing to do with the hotel. The garbage truck emptied the big garbage bins fairly early(between 6 and 7 am) on Saturday morning. I am fairly certain everyone in every hotel around must have been awake by the time they were done.
