Stayed one night and it...

Liked: Nice lobby. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was empty. Couch in room was noisy when sat on. Only two towels were given.

I would stay again. Overall...

Liked: The location was great. Very close to NDU, which brought us to the area for a visit. Our room could have been a little cleaner with having the head board wiped down or cleaned really well but the bed itself was comfortable. We did have to ask for linens for the pull out bed but the staff was immediately responsive. It looked like the bathroom had just been updated and was clean. There was a fridge and microwave in the room so that is always nice plus a. The staff was very friendly. They were able to answer questions about local shopping and favorite restaurants. The included breakfast was good. Basics like waffles, sausages, scrambled eggs, cereal, etc.
Disliked: I will give this a break. It is somewhat run down in some areas, HOWEVER, they are working on updates around the property and had literally changed hands one week before our stay.

Liked: Breakfast was great! Bed very comfy ......the hotel was very cool that was a great thing and when getting into room it was super cool that was great!! Things were quiet
Disliked: Blood spot on a pillow......little flies in room dont what they were from.......found old mold food on top of microwave.......only 2 towels.....went to front desk to tell lady and get candy but waited at front desk for 10 minutes lady was no where to be found......when checking out no one at front desk so we left.....I also ask to have my room by my son he was on 1 st floor I was put on 3 rd floor when I checked in I asked and the answer was idk I didn't place it
