Opened in autumn 2015 the Grand Ferdinand Vienna - Your Hotel In The City Center is located right on the Ringstraße boulevard in the center of Vienna and offers a rooftop pool 3 restaurants and free WiFi access. The City Park and the Vienna State Opera are within a 5-minute walk. The puristic rooms feature air conditioning a flat-screen TV a safe a mini-bar and wooden floors. Amazing staff and location

Liked: They were welcoming and allowed us to check in house before the actual time, no other hotel will do so in the world.Staff are so friendly and amazing.The Location is next to tram number 2 and bus 2ASo from there you can explore all of Vienna
Disliked: The complementary water was sparkling and I had to buy still water to make coffee and tea.Also, the room are smaller than what you think

not worth the price charged

Liked: Be careful with what you leave in the room, I had a Swarokis necklace and earring that disappeared from my room, and the hotel did nothing about it! Terrible service, the food in the restaurant downstairs is horrible and expensive, breakfast is charged £38 which is a shame because the breakfast has few options, the pool is very cold and impossible to use it in winter
