Opened in autumn 2015 the Grand Ferdinand Vienna - Your Hotel In The City Center is located right on the Ringstraße boulevard in the center of Vienna and offers a rooftop pool 3 restaurants and free WiFi access. Very good

Liked: Breakfast, location very good, staff polite
Disliked: The ceiling a bit depressive, in discordance with room design, didnt like the shower to be outside the bathroom, lacked privacy, a bit dusty and the cups spoons not cleaned after use( found the cup dirty upon arrival)

Great Hotel, with some room...

Liked: The Hotel location is great. The rooms are "contemporary" Viennese style, well appointed and overall comfortable. Shower and bathrooms are great. Amenities are good.
Disliked: Unfortunatelly the cleaning wasn't the best, probably the hotel was too busy at the time and daily maid service was rushed. We noticed a lot of dust accumulating during our 5 nights stay. A modern Smart TV to watch Netflix, better Wi-fi and better lighting (either all lights ON or all lights OFF ?) would have been a plus. The hotel restaurant should be separated from the lobby as the frying smell after a while becomes overwhelming, despite we love the Wiener Schnitzel!

Liked: The location was great The reception staff were also great
Disliked: The housekeeping staff need much more training they were inconsistent and sometimes even sloppy This was my only complaint about the hotel
