Liked: Excellent room, reception area and bar. Great location on the edge of the city centre.

Grand Hotel as you really...

Liked: The location fit us great.
Disliked: The staff was exceptionally aware for any of our wishes like our special need for cleaning detergents, our wish to be not disturbed or the typing error on the main screen in the lobby, they just lacked any type of action.

Perfect

Liked: The staff make the hotel. And they are the best staff in Hamburg.Especially Lucas, one of the youngest, the barman at Theos, and one to watch in the Hotel industry. He is fantastic.
