Superb

Liked: Excellent location, cozy room, good facility and very friendly with professional trained staffs.
Disliked: The room we stayed looked little bit old. And if the hotel could offer the coffee machine and water Boiler in the room, it would be perfect.

I would definitely go back...

Liked: The buffet breakfast was excellent (e.g., lots of hot and cold food choices, quality food, excellent service, longer service hours than some hotel breakfasts). Also, the location was extremely convenient near Dammator Station, the University, Alster Lake, and parks. We walked everywhere, although a taxi was always outside the entrance to the hotel. The fact that there was a spa there was nice, too.

Disliked: We wanted a double bed but they offered us two single beds , I booked for queen size bed but ended up with two single beds with single duvet

Very good

Liked: The property was lovely, nice restaurants and bars. Room was great.
Disliked: It was disappointing that the pool area and jacuzzi was so overcrowded even at 19:00.

Superb

Liked: Nearly everything was excellent. However, the older lady preparing the eggs in the breakfast room seemed upset and rude. Always rolling her eyes at guests requesting eggs because she found the work overwhelming. I believe she may need some support in preparing the eggs.
Disliked: Except the rude lady at the egg station, everything was lovely.
