Enjoyable stay with good spa...

Liked: *Spacious bright room with park view, pleasant and comfortable, even if a bit dated look. Large beautiful bathroom. *Very nice spa facilities that allow even very small children (6 months old) at certain times. Overall, child friendly, crib was already in the room. *Dogs allowed, good bowls provided, as well as a dog basket although it was not comfortable for a dog to sleep in. *Good location right next to the train station, not far from parks and the lake, perfect for a leisure trip. *Mostly helpful friendly staff. *Multiple restaurants inside the hotel but do book in advance, we did not get a table so had to get a delivery (it was a very cold winter night and we didn’t want to go out with a small child and a dog)
Disliked: *Breakfast is poor for the money. Budget hotels like Ibis have better breakfast. There was just the usual cold cuts, muesli station, some baked goods and you can queue for eggs made to order (not very tasty). The coffee was embarrassing. They come to the table to take your order but it’s from a self-service crappy machine you can see through the doors, tastes like something you get on a train. It’s an alright breakfast overall if you absolutely don’t want to leave the hotel in the morning, which was our case, just forget how much you paid for it ;) *The service at breakfast :( The gentleman that served us coffee rather forcefully pushed us to put our stroller with the baby in it in the corner and not at the table so as “not to be in the way of other guests” like she is luggage and not a person. This made me quite upset. *Heating in the room was not possible to control much. It was fine, nothing major but I would have preferred a bit colder at night and a bit warmer during the day.

Liked: The entire staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful.
Disliked: The shower water jet in our room was very weak. Furthermore, there were several queues in front of and in the breakfast room.

Liked: Excellent room, reception area and bar. Great location on the edge of the city centre.
Disliked: N/a.

Liked: The location fit us great.
Disliked: The staff was exceptionally aware for any of our wishes like our special need for cleaning detergents, our wish to be not disturbed or the typing error on the main screen in the lobby, they just lacked any type of action.
