Liked: Everything, we liked everything, it was so wonderful. The double room suite we got upgraded to with the Jacuzzi tub was incredible.
Disliked: We weren't thrilled that we didn't get the room we reserved, but they bent over backwards and upgraded us for free so it worked out well for us anyway.

Not Great as our First...

Liked: Location, close to all.
Disliked: Room was not clean. Animal hair was every where. We all have allergies and thought it strange that we were all stuffy, as soon as we entered the room and all started to sneeze. I wasn't aware that they allowed pets. It wasn't until the following day we noticed the suite was not clean at all. There were what appeared to be rat dropping on the bed. White pet hairs everywhere. Hairs on the sofas, the floors and even the bathroom counters. It was really gross.Also, there weren't any dishes when we arrived. We checked in very late and it was dark when we got there, so there wasnt any reason why the room was not cleaned or dishwasher unloaded. We tried to feed my kids their dinner ans could find any plates, cups/glasses or utensils. We went to the front desk to get a few items and they were kind enough to bring us a dish soap. We did not realize that everything was inside if the dishwashe until the next day. Apparently all the dishes were in the dishwasher, which was loaded not sure if it was ran or not, but just about every plate, cup, glass, utensil and pits/pans were inside of it. Note: the breakfast that was offered was below par. Cereal, bread/bagel and coffee. Also, posted were notes that effective in January breakfast will no longer be served due to changein management.
