We had a fabulous stay...

Liked: We stayed in the Kingsland room and it was perfect! Very spacious, clean, comfortable, and cozy. Breakfast was fabulous. The little shopping area was a great addition as well as the coffee cart for early morning coffee!

Nice stay with a wonderful...

Liked: Beautiful building, large room with private bath, delicious and big breakfast
Disliked: The pillows were rock hard. Very hard to sleep. There were 4 pillows on the bed, but all were hard. Would be great if 2 were hard and 2 softer.

Very nice B&B. Nicest place...

Liked: Nicest option in the area. Big breakfast.
Disliked: Pillows were ROCK hard and when we asked if there was any option and there was not. Our family in another room said the same thing.Also, the owner was always very high stressed. He is the only person on staff as far as we could tell. He needs to put an AC split in his kitchen as he kept coming out from the kitchen dripping sweat and telling us how hot his kitchen was

Exceeded our expectations

Liked: It is an amazing place to stay, we were driving from Toronto to Rhode Island. It is a beautiful, easy and sophisticated place—very nice and breakfast. We will definitely return. Air conditioning was not at the top in that room, but the owner immediately reacted to resolve it.
