Liked: location was perfect for us as we were attending the bord gais theatre. a very short walk and if you were attending the Aviva it's very close walk also. the staff were very friendly, junior at reception was very nice and welcoming. the hotel has just gone through a massive refurb by the looks of it, very modern and stylish including the bar area. bathroom in bedroom was also nice and spacious and nicely remodelled.
Disliked: no air conditioning in the room and got quite warm at night but there was a fan in wardrobe that helped

Great location, excellent stay, would...

Liked: Perfect location, room was very clean, good sized room with lots of amenities. Food was nice in cafe and was fairly priced.
Disliked: Apparently our alarm went off because of the smoke from the kettle but that’s because the only appropriate plug socket available in the room was directly below the alarm, so potentially move the alarm elsewhere.
