Liked: We have stayed at the grand canal many times have always had a fabulous time .we had a lovely surprise upgrade to a suit just beautiful make a trip special as it was my husband birthday 🎂. Disliked: Not that I didn’t like but the elevator needs the “key” card in order to work (going up). Thought it was a bit confusing but I can say it adds a bit more security
