Disliked: Being on the 3rd floor. Luggage was hard to carry up and down but we knew that going in.

Liked: Complained about a room on the first night being at the front of the hotel. The staff were amazing and gave us an upgraded room for the last two nights.

There wasn’t a livable room...

Liked: Location so great
Disliked: Never go here. This is a scam. There are no rooms you can actually stay in due to construction. And the staff is the rudest I have ever seen. I told the manager that to e room is unlivable due to construction she replied that she is o her break and cannot talk to me. Then she said that she does not care and that is up to her if she will refund and she refuses to do so. Then turned to her food again as I don’t exist. In my decades of travel, I have never ever seen anyone even close to this rude. I had to book another hotel and they still didn’t give the money back. Stay away.

Liked: The canal views were great. The beds were incredible. Quiet but lively neighbourhood. Not too far away from the tram or centre by foot. Perfect and spacious for a group of friends.
Disliked: The property was not the cleanest.
