Outfits but location ok if...

Liked: Hotel outdated, parking terrible, service at the bar for food under par, we ordered food to wait 45 mins to be told there was no more cheese for pizza.. girl at bar got terrible attitude when we asked for a refund as no one told us and our kids were wait for dinner
Disliked: Location near to channel tunnel

Was not very special

Liked: The property itself was really nice great location but the housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. There was no shampoo conditioner body wash. There was no extra pillows. We had no tea and coffee. We had requested before we came there to make it special for us as it was a honeymoon they said it’s been approved the request but nothing was done if anything the regular stuff that usually is done was not done.
Disliked: None of their things that should be done like tea, coffee, extra pillows, basic shampoo and conditioner nothing was there even though we asked and requested for special arrangements due to it being a honeymoon it was not done
