Nice but inflated ego reflected...

Disliked: Breakfast was a “R.O.”

Liked: Location, style, scent and service.
Disliked: Could have been cleaner and the showerhead in my room was broken. The staff was very apologetic and offered to fix it but still disappointing to have issues in the first place.

Liked: Location! Very comfortable beds. Energetic friendly staff. Ryan was especially helpful recommending and critiquing nearby restaurants!
Disliked: Guest room doors SLAM LOUDLY waking everyone in rooms nearby.

For the cost, the housekeeping and cleanliness was not up to par.

Liked: Staff was nice but housekeeping was severely lacking
Disliked: No real dining options for kids. Not a family friendly hotel. Housekeeping didnt clean band aids stuck to shower door discovered upon arrival (after notifying the front desk) and left cleaning bottles around the room after cleaning while we were out during the day. For the cost and expectation of this classification, this should have been handled by the staff.
