Disappointing for the level of...

Liked: Air filtration in the room and Mallory was extremely helpful with valet services.
Disliked: There was mold underneath the coffee tray in the room and when i showed the manager a photo upon checkout, he left it to me to send a photo without apologies. Service was excellent in the executive lounge however, not so great in the Mico. Slow and the chef would not split the meal on 2 plates for us. I think a 348.00 dinner warrants that.
