Clean hotel. Nice and comfortable....

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Location was great.
Disliked: They allow a lot per room so the hotel has a lot of people and a lot of big families.

Their inability to address the...

Liked: The location is great. Walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, shops,etc.
Disliked: The air conditioning did not work and I had to ask for help multiple times. They would make an adjustment and it would fail again. The front desk said that they would "take care of me" but never did. Even when I called, I sat on hold and the manager never answered or called back.
