Great location, average hotel

Liked: Bartenders were excellent - Tash and RyanThey were friendly and very welcoming. Location of hotel was the very best and parking was made easy with the valet serviceLobby was lovely, and had a charm. Bathroom in our room was very nice, a true selling point.
Disliked: The hallways weren't very clean, saw dog pee on the carpet for hours and not cleaned up.it was noisy, could hear everything; and for having a view of the lake, I didn't realize it meant contorting myself to get a view out the window. Very disappointing.

Disliked: Rooms are to hot could not change temperature I should have the option for valet parking. I was forced to use your valet and pay for it. I parked my own vehicle. Marcy’s bar not inviting and limited drinks available

Liked: Really nice and comfortable.
Disliked: I was not warned I had to request cleaning of my room and I got back to it after a long day to find our beds undone and the bathroom had not been cleaned.

Disliked: The room smelled bad..it wasn't really lake view. Also kinda small for the price.

Disliked: My room ac wasn’t working after making phone calls they came they said it fix . Which wasn’t after 3 phone calls they put the potable fan and left ac unit open with ironing board. I was there for 3 nights I ask for different but they didn’t even care I wasn’t happy with stay . I stayed there almost 7 years I recommend my family to stay this time which I feel they didn’t even care . I will not stay there again .
