Superb
Liked: Hotel charm was exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic. Location couldn't be better.
Disliked: Elevators were a little slow. I believe the staff said they are working on the problem.

Absolutely perfect from top to...
Liked: Beautifully decorated for Christmas and the holidays. Staff were very friendly, especially the gentlemen at the valet station. Very helpful helping me unload my car when I arrived much later at night than I expected. Kitchen staff were amazing allowing me to grab a full meal even thought it was quite late. In the morning the valet took the time and warmed up my car and cleaned off all of the snow off the vehicle.
Disliked: Honestly there was NOTHING I didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

Great expectations that executed poorly
Liked: Clean and great location Marcy restaurant breakfast was fantastic
Disliked: Ran out of hot water every dayWasn’t told to request housekeeping at check in. Subsequently when requested it, it didn’t happen. This was two days in a row.

Hotel is ok, rooms are...
Liked: Location was great
Disliked: They allow youth hockey teams stay here and kids are running all over hotel and parents congregate in hall to drink. Very loud, not at all a peaceful getaway for us

Lovely room, pleasant helpful staff.

Disliked: During the 2nd day I inquired at the front desk about the lack of chamberlaid service. The charming older gentleman told me it must be requested,, which I did and saw none for the rem6baimder of our stay.
