Disappointing

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a taxi for the Alhambra and everything was ver clean.
Disliked: The AC in the rooms were only worked to heat up the room and it was very hot. Even tho you can open the windows to let the cold in, there is no breeze as it is surrounded by buildings and in addition the street is very loud since it is the middle of the Gran Via. We did not sleep more than 2 hours.

Liked: great location. 5 minutes walk from the palace. 10 minutes taxi from train station. the staff was very good.

Very Nice!

Liked: The city view is spectacular and the location is wonderfully convenient for city center activities. Cleanliness and friendliness were unsurpassed, and we were generally quite comfortable! The breakfast was truly lovely, with an incredible variety to satisfy appetites of any size or taste!
Disliked: We wished there was a portable fan we could have utilized for air circulation in the room. For those of us from a cooler climate, the air conditioning regulations in Spain gave us a challenge at night when we would normally cool it way down in the room. We had the windows wide open and it just didn’t cool off that much. We didn’t know we would not be able to utilize the air conditioning (which is not the hotel’s fault!), so I suggest they could invest in some good fans to offer guests who might be too warm.

Fantastic hotel, great service, great...

Liked: This hotel was perfect for our stay. They offered parking. The rooms were modern and fresh. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very helpful, always polite and greeting us as we walked in. The rooftop pool had a great view. We spent our time relaxing up there. When we needed something the staff was quick to respond. I would stay here again! Had all the amenities we needed

Great hotel in the city...

Liked: Location excellent, junior suite was lovely , large bed, Bath and outdoor jacuzzi.

Great location, comfortable, but some...

Liked: Nice location near the cathedral, private parking (at a cost) was convenient. Room was spacious and clean, facilities were all very nice. Nice terrace for a sunset in the evening.
Disliked: No AC, room was super hot (85 F) and basically we were told to just open the windows at night since the AC was shut down for the winter. Opening the windows at night meant listening to everyone on the streets or bars until 3am. Breakfast was good, but if they ran out of things, it was a long time to replace. Both days they ran out of scrambled eggs (which everyone loves) and over 30 mins to replenish. Honestly, a nice hotel, comfortable, but just didnt do the little things that are needed for the price.
