Great experience, cooperative and professional...

Liked: Magnificent hotel facilities and amenities, very clean rooms, food and beverages were excellent, staff were highly professional, attentive and very friendly especially the 7th floor reception truly made our stay pleasant, swift arrival and checkout process. Great experience overall cant find anything to complain about, I look forward to staying at Fenix Gran Melia again

Liked: Staff were very helpful and genuinely caring. The services provided were excellent. Rooms were spacious with great views form amazing prices.
Disliked: Every thing was perfect. There was nothing I didn’t like. Perhaps, adding a water hose (peide) in the toilets, would be great.

Liked: Staff very helpful. Room a bit cramped but really, it was the overly complicated light controls that drove me crazy. Oh, and shower half door sprayed water all over floor.
