Great experience, cooperative and professional...

Liked: Magnificent hotel facilities and amenities, very clean rooms, food and beverages were excellent, staff were highly professional, attentive and very friendly especially the 7th floor reception truly made our stay pleasant, swift arrival and checkout process. Great experience overall cant find anything to complain about, I look forward to staying at Fenix Gran Melia again
