Liked: Everything! So beautiful, clean and quiet. The service was fabulous. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Daily room service plus nightly turndown service. Bathroom was bigger than some hotel rooms we've stayed in. We had a junior suite overlooking the square-perfect!

Liked: Location was so convenient to the Camino route and to restaurants/shops. The staff was friendly and helpful with questions.
Disliked: Everything was great, no issues with the hotel at all.

Grand stay at Gran Hotel...

Liked: La Perla deserves its 5 star rating. Everything about it was outstanding, from the warm reception to the incredibly spacious room (you could fit a football team in the shower). Although it was Hemingway’ s favorite in Pamplona a hundred years ago, it hasn’t been stuck in a time warp. It’s been stylishly updated and seems very modern. Luxury hotels can sometimes be hit or miss. This was a definite hit.

Liked: Perfect location. Very nice hotel, the views and the customer service excellent. The room very good, beds and amenities amazing.
Disliked: I asked for water on the lobby, they didn’t have, neither fresh nor bottle for purchase or free. Maybe add some lemon or fruit water on the lobby which is expected in 5 star hotels. The shower cleaning could be better, need to improve there. Otherwise amazing experience.
