Great hotel in an amazing...

Liked: Great hotel, perfect location just in front of the Guggenheim museum, walking distance to the center and shopping area. Very professional and helpful staff, very nice room and excellent breakfast, we had a very pleasant stay.
Disliked: Everything was perfect for us

Good location … regret paying...

Liked: Location
Disliked: We paid for a premium room with a view of the Guggenheim, but the room we had overlooked the blue administrative and least interesting part of the building so disappointing. Also, the museum was not lit at night so there was nothing to see.

Love this hotel

Liked: Everything. Location, view from the terrace, staff at breakfast and reception, breakfast, concierge and the rooms Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back if we ever visit Bilbao again.
