Zocalo beautiful hotel

Liked: The location of the hotel is wonderful. Very beautiful and special. Excellent breakfast with a discount. Unfortunately, the lobby toilets were locked and access was only possible through the reception who had the key. Hotels usually have a tourist information desk that offers city and out-of-town tours, but this hotel does not.

Liked: The location is excellent. Directly in the center of Mexico City. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. The room had a good size and the bed was comfortable,
Disliked: The food for breakfast was good and with the view from the terrace excellent. I was a little disappointed that the lunch menu and quality of service was not as good as the breakfast experience.

Liked: Love the hotel but disappointed in Booking.com because they advertise the view of the zocalo but the rooms offered dont have the view. When we arrived they explained that was booking.coms fault and that they were aware booking.com oversells.
Disliked: The view wasn’t what we were sold. False advertising

Liked: The staff was so kind and personable. The location was excellent for someone who is very interested in history. The restaurant view was fantastic. I went there every day.
