Nice place!
Liked: The room was very clean and nice size. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Great room for the price.
Disliked: I don't think there's anything I didn't like.

The hotel lobby and hallways...
Liked: One staff member tried to correct the issues but was not successful.Continuation of what we didn't like as there isn't enough space to write. The TV stopped working and they were unable to repair it or replace it. The toilet wouldn't flush so every time we used it we had to take the tank lid off and manually flush. The freezer needs to be defrosted in room 31 so it can be used. We understood why our socks were black when we walked by the cleaning cart one day and saw that the mop bucket water was black as they use the same mop water from room to room. We told them that was not sanitary and every room should be cleaned with new cloths and clean water in the bucket all you do is carry everything from room to room and we will never ever stay there again and they refused to give us any of our money back. No refund at all. And this was only one of the rooms. we had 2.
Disliked: When we arrived they could not find our reservation. When I wanted to show them the booking.com information they weren't interested. It ended up taking us an hour to get registered. After travelling for 12 hours this was unacceptable. There also is no where to get food after 8pm. Ordering pizza was a nightmare. They also showed indifference to my feedback about how they advertise on booking.com which is not congruent with what you find upon arrival. They say they are handicap friendly but they really are not. There is no handicap parking. The parking lot was often full and we had to sit in the car and wait until someone left before we could park. There is no instructions on the booking.com website or theirs to tell you where the entrance is to the hotel. You have to take an elevator to the second floor. There is no signage anywhere on the first floor. When I checked the bathroom there was pubic hair on the toilet and I showed it to him. I used lysol wipes to clean the surfaces in the room and they were filthy and showed him this as well. I also pointed out the water mold stain on the ceiling in the bedroom. There was no where to hang wet towels. I said this was absurd. The bed was not properly made and every time you moved the sheets came off. They would not stay on and the stains on the mattress were gross. There was only one roll of toilet paper. There was nothing to make coffee or tea as advertised. We asked for two room keys and after he took us to the room we realized he had only left us one and we called down for another. After he brought the second key we got ready to leave and found only the new key worked and we had to go to the desk and get another key. We asked for a 5:30am wake up call for the second room three times. Morning came and she wasn't given the wake up call. He just smiled and shrugged his shoulders. He thought I said 6am. There is a huge step up into the bathroom and both of us being handicapped this was very painful.
