Superb

Liked: Location was very coinvent to all the main tourist places around the gothic area. Room was nice a big and was spacious with the extra bed. All the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay, willing to either call a taxi or recommending places to eat and go to during our stay.
Disliked: Downside our TV was not working, it seemed that the TV kept cutting in and out. Front desk had attempted to fix it during the stay but still did not work very well during the stay.

Great place to stay when...

Liked: Great breakfast, friendly staff, great location, not for staying with kids (look for something else if with kids- streets in Gothic Quarter are busy and noisy). You can go by foot to all the best bars and diners from this location.

Liked: The stay was mixed in terms of feel for a four star hotel. I expected more comfortable pillows, they were really hard. The bed and towels were clean. There are tiles on the floor in the room, so it is advisable to have slippers (the hotel does not provide slippers), the floor was very cold. The bathroom downstairs has a soaked door, there is corrosion on the shower and on the seals of the protective glass in the bathroom, which is somehow unacceptable for a four star hotel. Inconvenient hot water settings, it takes a long time for the water to run down to a warm state. There were also nuances with the sockets in the room, for some reason the sockets did not work at night and we could not charge our phones. Breakfast was normal, but not super. It is convenient that after check-out, you can leave your things for the required time. The price of the room is clearly overpriced, does not match the quality of service.
