Ideally located for visiting Perth and the surrounding area the family-run hotel re-opened in May 2007 with new owners who extend a warm welcome. All rooms have the same first-class furniture fresh decoration new super king-size beds and new bedding and linen to ensure a good night's sleep. Great place to stay.

Liked: The hotel was right on the Main Street and only a few minutes walk in town. The king size room we had was massive and lovely and clean. Breakfast was lovely and there was a very good selection of things on offer. The staff were very friendly and we ate in the restaurant one night and the food was superb.
Disliked: Nothing, we enjoyed it all.

Liked: Great
Disliked: I could not close the hot water tap of the bath properly and the toilet seat was loose. I enjoyed the food, which was plenty. So much, they kept the left-over portions in the fridge for taking home.

Been a few times always...

Disliked: The en-suite was down three steps which could be dangerous in the dark

Very good

Liked: Location is central.Room was lovely and warm with thermostat control in the room.Bed was comfy.
Disliked: The road is noisy.Room was a little tatty in places.Tv is a bit too small.
