Ideally located for visiting Perth and the surrounding area the family-run hotel re-opened in May 2007 with new owners who extend a warm welcome. Good value hotel

Liked: Really friendly staff and a great breakfast
Disliked: Bathroom fan was incredibly noisy but only while light was on so no big deal

Surprisingly good city centre stay

Liked: Great value. City centre close to bus and train stations. Free parking. Friendly staff on arrival. Bar and Indian restaurant downstairs. Room was a good size, very clean, modern bathroom, and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Nothing at the price.

Disliked: We had room with extra fan from restaurant right beside us room 18 did not get good sleep, , never seen one staff member smile polite but that was it
