The only good thing about...

Disliked: The only good thing about this so called hotel is that it is located in the wonderful city of Newcastle. The rest of my experience was absolutely dreadful from start to finish. From the uneven pathway leading to the broken entrance door to the dirty en suite bathroom I found nothing to like about this rundown hovel of a building.Add to this being rudely woken in the middle of the night by a man using his electronic key to enter my room, this hovel is also unsafe and not secure, nothing worse surely. The management and owners did not offer any apology for this invasion, have ignored my emails and calls about this matter which speaks volumes for the levels of customer service and appreciation of guests should expect from this hospitality provider. The rooms was in need of a good clean and have numerous maintenance issues with the window latch broken and cold air constantly bellowed into the room, the old television kept requiring to be re-tuned, the mattress was old, the duvet badly stained, the pillows lumpy, I had to request that the heating be turned on despite it being a cold night, I could detail more failings but I think this gives of the picture of the hovel. The lift does not work, they do not offer any breakfast, in fact no food or drink is available so this is definitely not a hotel. Please avoid staying here if you can.

Awful experience.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was so small. Very very dirty. Thick dust everywhere, on plug sockets, table, blinds. The shower head was mouldy. The blinds was broken couldn’t open them and the position they was in, let the light in in the morning. Inside the 2 small draws had some rubbish in both draws. Just vile place.
