Liked: There is nothing to like about this hotel.
Disliked: There is nothing to like about this hotel. Even though l was on the top floor the lifts were out of order. Sideboard drawers were dirty and even have stale bread rolls in one and crisp packets in another. When l was transferred to the room next door there was no TV remote and when we did get one we only had access to BBC 1 & 2. I managed to get a room in city centre hotel but at extra cost

Disliked: The heating wasn’t working absolutely freezing tiny room terrible mattress might’ve well slept on the floor room dropping to bits a really weird musty smell really cramped don’t recommend go elsewhere!!

Disliked: To far away from CIty centre. Room not clean upon arrival. TV remote not available then only allowed to watch 2 channels BBC 1 and 2. Would not recommend anyone booking this hotel for your stay

Cold, shower not working.

Liked: Good WiFi. Reasonably clean.
Disliked: Small room. I wouldn't call it 'modern'. The main problem was that the shower wasn't working. Despite reporting to Reception twice and waiting over one hour, no-one came to the room to check. I had to leave for work unshowered.Despite emailing both the hotel and Booking.com (twice each), no refund.

Disliked: lots of things broken,mud on bed shower door hanging off toilet door wouldnt close
